I got service call from www.carcareindia.in sales department on dated[protected]. They offered me the 4 car service and 4 car dry cleaning with 30%cash back and any two complementary gifts (Gps, rear view and car seat cover) of car accessories within 24 hours. Based on your their commitment and as per site i have purchased package with online payment for rs 11999/- on dated 28th march19. After payment confirmation and verification from their side i am calling them continuously for service of my car, 30% cashback and gifts but they are not giving any satisfactory answer and also no service is provided till date even after booking of service as well as if i call to their customer care number they are not giving any satisfactory answers.
