[Resolved]  Ertiga — Pathetic sales experience

Sir,
It is really pity to inform you that I am facing very bad experience from your dealer M/s. Sarathy Autocars, Kollam. I am a proud owner of Maruti since fifteen years and I am having several premium models of Maruti vehicles. Currently I have exchanged my Baleno with your latest model Ertiga having Chassis no. 130004 and Engine no. 1943213 and hence taken delivery from Sarathy Autocars on 27.09.12 after taken temperory registration and no is KL.02N.TEMP.9914. While taking the delivery it was clearly informed to the sales peoples that I have booked a specific reg. no.ie. KL-61-6263 with R.T.O office, Kunnathoor and hence don't get any delay in getting T.P documents. But I am surprised that till this date (after 11 days) I haven't received any T.P documents or even a call from the sales team. I am trying to get the concerned sales executive and sales manager over phone and they did not responded. So I am very much irritated for the bad dealing of the sales team and now is it possible to return back the vehicle.
Such a bad experience from sales is in the first in my life and now I think how the service will be............
