I booked Ertiga ZDI Dusky Brown in colour on 05 jun 13. I am an Army Officer and had informed the dealer- Coral Motors Pvt Ltd that the purchase will be through CSD. They intimated me that they deal with CSD transaction and confirmed me that they will help me in documentation. In fact they provided me with forms required. They also informed me that they will provide me the benefit of Rs 20,000/- on booking of Ertiga at the time of purchase. On their promise I booked the car. After making the payment, when I went to take the delivery of the car on 19 Jul 13, Coral Motors flatly refused to give me the benefit.
