Dear tata team,
This is very frustrating that i have purchased the tata car in may only after 6 month of purchase mobil oil seal got broken and oil got leak due to this. Tata services charge me rs. 697 rs for this which was supposed to bear by company. After yhat they committed that they shall do the rubbing and polishing of car which thay havr not done today and put paint marks on the front window screen which they told me these can't be removed.
I am very disappointing from last 2 services and searching for alternate option fot the car service but due to warranty issue i have to take service from tata for 1 yr and after that i will not go to tata service center. They are only looting money and costumer satisfaction doesn't matter for tata. I am very disappointed with service that tata motors providing. It seems that i have purchase wrong brand car.
