[Resolved]  G3 Motors — Poor Service and Delay

I have Purchased My commercial vhicle BOLERO CAMPER from G3 Moters on 2/06/2012, through theire Khopoli Branch.The vhicle has its atteched Insurence from Relience General Insurence Co. being cash less and company support, we have made full payment of vhicle on road status. Un fortunatly the vhicle got an iccident on 21/05/2013,just with in a year of purchase, we have given the vhicle to G3 at Nerul.The vhicle was laying for 2 months and got rusted from all joints and features.G3 have charged Rs.66548/- for the job and compelled us to share Rs.19948/- being our liablity. we have objection for this amount as the work carried out by G3 was not worth of Rs66548/- and our contribution in cash less should be zero.Any way we have paid Rs.19948/-on 27/07/2013 and tken delevary as we were suffering since last two months and no obtion except to take delevery. Now just passing of one month the vhicles work strted shown its fault and colour, the alignment is totally inclind, all paints and joints started rusting, all electric lines troubling, lock came out just next day, lot of nois and sound in body parts. my whicle have been used very carefully and only 16000 Kmt is runnining in one year. My say is that we are filling cheated bt G3, its machanic and Insurence Co. too and seek a replacement of faulty pars or whole whicle and proper compansation on accont of defaulty servises
