I have sold my car last year Sept 2021 [ DL3C**9**7] its still showing in my name, i am trying to reach them but they have added AI agentic call and no one pick call or connect and on mail they are being only sorry and no status update.
I am thinking to take legal safeguard.
Customer care only promise they will fix this soon, But thye do nothing, I become a new trap for customer.
So, Please dont fall trap in CAr24 Sale or purchased.
I have bought and sold two cars both are still in same state. Both car still in my name.
Note: Raising it second time - as admin removed my previosuly raised complain on 7th Sept 2026.
