I have placed an order for Caratelane Hennur Branch, Bangalore, Karnataka on 29.10.2023, order id STOCFBLRHEN[protected], They first promised me to deliver the item on 11.11.2023, but when i started following up from 10.11.2023, they started telling stories, on 11.11.2023 they are telling it will be delivered on 23.11.2023. It was for my daughter diwali gift, when they are delivering after diwali then what is the importance they are giving to customer emotion and commitments. My heartly request to look at this. They are frauding the customers.
