Care for Life is a genuine NGO. Their website is well-organized and information on all patients they support is available to download. They ask for my help 2-3 time s year and I provide whatever help I can. They have invited me to several events and to meet patients.
Those who say that pestering for money is not appropriate, hope you agree that disease for children is not appropriate!
Instead of condemning them, please verify documents yourself, visit their office and satisfy yourself.
And spare a thought for those parents who come from rural areas without any money or resources in the hope that their child will be cured of disease

No comments on this just because the executive has sent all the scan copies of documents like father's ID proof, hospital scanning report, bills etc... confused... If it is really working in trusty way...?
These are nothing but to collect money by showing some children images. They are saying 1 child is in very bad situation.

I really request you to give the Bank account Details of The Known Hospital so whoever want to donate, directly deposite to Hospital account name. Please also provide the authorised person name of the hospital with whom contact before deposit.

I do NOT know if they are genuine. Today I donated for a second time after 1 year. This time I found their website to have much proper details and very convincing proof that my money is going to help a particular sick child.
I am also assured that I will receive copies of the DD issued to the hospital for the amount.
I saw these negative comments on this forum only today. If I saw them last year while making donation, I may have NOT contributed. But, I am glad I did NOT see them at the time. :-)
I am not able to believe the negative comments since they do not give proof of the fraud either. Just like there is no concrete proof of genuine. My belief in this org is based on all the evidence I saw online, the papers I received for my payments & the registration and PAN numbers noted in them. Also, the earnestness in the volunteers voice when asking for specific help.
I will support them until proven fraud. Because I cannot have a child's pain on my conscience just because some ignorant, ulterior motive people wrote negative comments about this organization.
