Career Desire Resources — fake company not refund my money.

My name is angina nandan pandey i m from Ghaziabad one day i recive a mail from this company they offer me a job in singapoure so i well call them, the person name is kumud, and heena then they are told me i deposit 20000/- money for mnc prosesing fee so i deposit money. and after 2-3 month i recive a call from kumud and she will told me u r not abile to go singapour for same company legal problem, so we refund your money within 45 days, but no anybody pick up the phone and not reply any emails after 3 month they give me a fake cheqe. and they are not refund my money, payment give them 18/9/14 done by me. and not refund til now .plz plz plz help me.
