Career Hammer — cheated money

I have been paid 37000 rupees for gulf job.
But so far no job has been provided by the service provider of your careerhammer
My coordinator... They are not lifting the phone also
They are giving wrong phone numbers which they are not lifting
They are keep on telephoning to make the payment
After receiving the payment they didn't not bother
Plz do the needful or else return my money regarding communication there are not lifting the phone which number is having with me
