[Resolved]  Career Hub Consultancy — job scam consultant - extracting money from job seekers

I got call(+[protected]) from Career Hubs for job registration which is a paid service, the amount will be refundable whether i am shortlisted or not. I paid registration charges 2899.00 INR and proceed for next process. later i received a call(+[protected]) from another number and he explained me all the further process in details and told me to pay 12499.00 for document verification. I got shocked why again charges and i argued with the person. I requested him to return my registration charges i am not interested for such position. He said we wont return back the money, do whatever you want or ask your bank to revert back.

I have raised a complaint on cyber crime to take strict action on such job service providers.

received a call from this consultancy (career hub consultancy) with a lucrative offer from abroad, they cooked up the entire thing even though there is no such job opportunity with the company which they said they are hiring for
any way i got fooled and they were pressing on me making a payment of 4200 rs so that they can start with the interview process
i received calls/emails from mr suraj ([protected])[protected]@careerhubconsultancy.com
he even made me speak to his manager [protected]@careerhubconsultancy.com
i even received a welcome call from the customer call of the consultancy-the girl on the call didn't seem to talk like a professional and was very rude
i subsequently received an email from mr praveen ([protected])[protected]@careerhubconsultancy.com, Rm.[protected]@gmail.com
any way once this was done i never received any calls from there side and they are not receiving my calls or replying to my emails

Yes, i can say they might have the faults some points but Yes they have a maximum chance of Settlement. They r not Owner of the company they are just a mediator both party. If Front-men will not satisfy in our Profile they can not do anything.

So please stop giving comments against these company.

This morning some skype call without video interviewed me pretending to be HR staff from Rashid Hospital, Dubai. After that the manager named Sourabh Sing is forcing me to pay the verificction fees using my credit card. Somehow I felt fishy and stopped transanction.

Because the company will seek all the details and their contact details, PAN Card, Passport etc. In case of workers especially the Contractor workmen details may not be correct. That's the reason Police is insisting for filling up Police Verification Forms for all the workers and attach the Address Proof Photo ID to support the address given by the worker. In case if the proof is not available, the concerned contractor/subcontractor has to give a declaration stating that the worker is the resident of Address of workmen working under me and I know him since last 10 years. Further the contractor will take complete responsibility for all the deed in the area of jurisdiction.

This is made compulsory under Sec-144 of CRPC and its violation amounts to registration of cognizable offence under Sec 188 of IPC.

I am a victim of this entire gang.
They start scam with background support staff Ms. kirti and handover to Mr Praveen Sharma Relationship manager
I have sent atleast 7 emails to Mr Praveen Sharma for refund of the money sofar. He said that the compay would pay within 2 weeks and then he said that as three months and now no reply from him
They are totally fraud
They arrange skype call for interview
The skype call is without any video of the interview panel. We cannot see the panel members
Mr Praveen Sharma collected Rs 558766 from me so far for different reasons, like registration, verification of residency and education and police verification, providing six sigma course fee for one year at the rate of 6000 per month course to be conducted from Singapore ( not even registered and started) providing interview codes etc. All the payment is through online only
I am planning to initiate action against them and take up the matter to L&T construction. Because they use the L&T name for verification and course ( conducted on behalf of L&T) and interview codes
Pl I request that do not fall into their trap

Career Hub consultancy firm has on the pretext of employment verification, education verification, and dream job finder program, had forced me to pay a total of 25, 436/- already in 03 installements. I have asked them for full refunds, but they have stopped replying our mails and taking our calls. Am approaching the Cyber Cell of Local Police with all my papers tomorrow, to request a refund and stop this organisation from cheating people.

My suggestion is we should always refrain from entertaining such agencies who demand money from candidate. I know, when someone looks for a job opportunity how difficult it is to restrain from such lucrative painted offers, but trust me these inhumans bank on such confusion.

Based on my 13 years industry experience, I can say if someone asks for money from candidate then they clearly don’t have the capability to get someone placed. Just refrain from them the first instance when they start asking money.

Unfortunately, knowing everything I also became of part of this scam.

First, I got a call asking for registration mentioning that they have 3 companies waiting for a candidate with similar profile like mine. I paid 2899 as registration. At that time I was told one HR from career hubs will call and provide details of companies and take further my details.

Later, I got a call and one lady told all the details and asked me to choose one option from site, which asked me to pay 12, 499 for background verification process. I told it was aa surprise for me which was not mentioned at the time of registration, had a debate but later paid that amount.

Immediately, she asked me to open another option whiich has 13, 999 and asked me to pay that to proceed further. I argued seriously that at every stage it is becoming surprise which was not getting informed. I also asked is there way to skip this amount, she said it is compulsory to proceed further. I told, whatever happens, stop it. and refund my 12, 499 paid. There was no answer.

I called customer care, and the person politely mentioned to call again next day for discussion.

Now the phone is switched off... not sure if it gets connected.
