Career Linked Education Council — Nuisance due to stray dog as pet by Mrs Anima Ghosh of 64 Charu Chandra Avenue, Tollygunge Kolkata 700 033

Dear Sir: I am a bona fide resident of 63 C Charu Chandra Avenue, Tollygunge, Kolkata 700 033 and the adjacent house 64 Charu Chandra Avenue, Tollygunge, Kolkata 700 033 is also under KMC Ward No 81and belongs to Mr Rabindra Nath Ghosh his brother Mr Tapan Ghosh and next to our common wall in the ground resides Ms Anima Ghosh. Please note the two major points of complaints:

1. The old house of the above residents are in dispute between stakeholders and dilapidated. The dilapidation along with overgrown trees are leaning towards our building 63 C Charu Chandra Avenue and the DEBRIS are falling into our COMMON PASSAGE which is our ingress and egress. It is anticipated that any day THERE MAY BE A BIG ACCIDENT and someone passing below may get badly injured OR even cause death. Also their O/H Tank water is falling into our common passage making it inconvenient to walk to and fro without getting drenched in the falling water. Your department had warned them some years back but today it is in the same state.

2. The dog kept by Mrs Anima Ghosh who stays in the ground floor, just beside our common wall is not a pet dog but a picked up dog from the road. The dog scatters the refuse and dumped reject from the dumping place to the motorable road and into our resident houses making it very unhygienic and full of stench and bad smell. Also the dog is barking always at the dead of the night keeping the residents awake and there is excessive shouting by the lady which is foul and uncalled for to address.

It is earnestly requested if you may inspect the said premises and arrange for cutting the overgrowth of trees and plants leaning towards our residence AND

Arrange for picking up the dog through your dog squad. The residents had already registered a complaint in this regard earlier.
