Careermarts.in — refund money from careermats.in as they not share the job seeking having experience

Updated by Gandla Sudhakar On 10/feb/2020, i have received call from www.careermarts.in from rahul [[protected]] giving details of service provided like scheduling interview, he claimed that they get internal openings information from several companies and they schedule direct interview with the company. At the time of discussion i was told that if i am not satisfied with the service entire money would be refundable as mentioned in there website. For this service of scheduling interview i had to do registration of 2999 which i did today [11-feb-2020] and got a call around 7PM hour back regarding confirmation and process ahead.

I was told more to pay 8250 for Profile Verification, 10500/- for Interview I’d, & 17500/- for Video Resume which for which i paid and asked for refund but they refused saying it's not refundable. I discussed with them to please refund my money since i am no longer satisfied with the discussion and with service they are providing but they refused to refund saying they will see.

Here are the details of the persons involved:
1) Rajit (So called senior manager), ph no is [protected]
2) common phone number that (That is their so called company number): [protected]
3) Rahit (So called PRM of the company).

The PRM, rohit asked further money transaction for company secure and i denied to pay and requested do not want move furthter process as i confirmed by rajit there no more money transaction and our PRM will help you for interview schedule .
The PRM asked further process of interview, need to apy around 30, 000 to 40, 000 rupees at situation i denied. i requested not go further process and refund my money.
Please help me in getting my money[39, 249] back. I have also blocked my card so that these guys won't perform any fraudulent transaction since i am not aware if my card details are stored with these guys.

I had filed a complaint above regarding fraud site (www.careermarts.in) and have requested for refund.
Seeing this someone from careermarts (so called telling himself as customer care guy he is for refund related and doesnot know manner to speak) called me from number [protected] and asked me the issue.I just wanted to say this is heights of fraud.
Please help me with the refund.
