Careersbeam.com zonal HR head Sourav Dixit assure me over phone as well as email that on refundable chargeable basis will arrange job for me. On that assurance i paid Rs.360000/- (Three lakes Sixty Thousand) to Careersbeam.com from 01 January 2022 to 24 January 2022. But after one year they didn't arrange a job or return back my money.
On 25 January 2023 i register complain against Careersbeam.com. After that on 16 February 2023 they return Rs.52000/-(Fifty two thousand) and confirmed over mail that rest amount Rs, 308000/- (Three Lakes Eight thousand) will refund me with in 15 March 2023.
On request of Careersbeam.com team [Sourav Dixit - contact no-[protected] & Pravakar Reddy - Relationship Manager/Finance head) i withdraw my complain on 03 March 2023.
But Careersbeam.com didn't return money. They didn't receive my call from my personnel number. When i contact them from other number they threat me that if i complain again in this issue they didn't paid a single paisa. Then i complain Careersbeam.com compliance officer Samir Sharma (Contact number [protected]) but he has nothing to do. Now he also not received my call.
I want to return back my due amount with compensation immediately. Please help me.
