Caritas Hospital — discrepancy about patients.
Respected sir, I have a complaint about the caritas hospital, thellakom p. O., kottayam, 686630, regarding the discrepancy shown to the patients. My grandmother was suffering from gastritis and was advised by dr jinu for endoscopy. We were asked to be at the hospital at 9 in the morning and was advised to come nil orally. My grandmother is 80 years old, and is too week. We were the first to arrive at the hospital and we were the last to take endoscopy as the 20th person and and she was on empty stomach till 1 o clock in the noon. Then when we enquired, we realised that her endoscopy was kept at last because she was the patient of the junior dr. How can this be tolerated? An 80 year old kept waiting for 4 whole hours on empty stomach, just because she is the patient of the junior dr. This is definitely should be taken in to notice and i humbly request you to kindly take action for this. A hospitals first priority should be patients and their comfort. If the junior dr is so much avoided, then why such a dr should be there? Kindly please do the needful.. Was this information helpful?
