Respected Sir,

With due respect, I am writing this to inform you that in April 2022, my daughter got admission and I submitted RS 20, 000 as admission fee. However, due to my sudden job transfer to another city which was unforeseen circumstances, I requested the school principal to cancel admission and refund my admission fee amount. But now they are not returning my admission fee amount even after so many requests.

I shall be grateful to you if you will help me to refund my daughter's admission fee of Rs 20, 000.

Kindly find attached copies of bill receipts for your verification.
