Put in a 18 seed AC in side and out 2 years a go in September, in the first year the inside blower broke, after the expansive thermostat, this time the outside unite condenser, and keep in mind that that Carriers warranty is 5 years bout you are held responsible for the service replacement cost, so they make you pay for there junky items and now in the 108-110F in my house in Miami-Dade, they are telling me sorry it well be 5-8 weeks for the part to come in, I am elderly and cant be in the heat, but they dont care what happens to me or my wife. I told them if they can take out the outside unite and replace it with a new one, they tild me no! 2 years old and have spent so much money and we are not done yet. Do your self and friend's a favor" DONT BUY Carrier" run or dont open the door if they come to sell you a AC. Was this information helpful? |
