I first complained regarding my food crusher not working and faucet leakage and poor flow on 30th of September to the helpline no provided by the company.
my complaint was attended on 4th of october that too after repeated enquiry and follow up.
On visit the technicians blasted the motor of the crusher and also my MCB.
Then after they told me that the motor has to be replaced hence they will come after 2 days, but there was no response from them...after 4 days I kept calling Mr. Sunil Gurkandi ( Service Incharge ) but he did not take my call. One fine day he has to pick my call and commited that my work will be done by tomorrow but that too went unfulfilled.
After so much of wait, the technicians visited my place after 12 days and tried to replace the motor but again they blasted the motor and also my swithes, this time they told me that they will have to carry this product to the service centre and it will take maximum of 2 days to get this back.
But to my utmost surprise they again kept silent and most importantly the service incharge never picks up the phone...so I am helpless in a manner that I can't reach him.
Today is 26th of october but my product is still not with me working...
And I have no clue as to when its going to come back...
I'm fedup of the poor hopeless service of the company.
