I bought a new Carysil stove expecting premium quality, and I couldn't have been more disappointed.
The stove has cracked during normal use, despite being a new product and with no impact or mishandling from my side. For a premium kitchen appliance, this is simply unacceptable.
What is even more frustrating is having to chase the company for a proper resolution when the product itself has failed so soon.
A stove is an appliance that needs to be reliable and safe. If the glass can crack under normal usage on a brand-new product, customers have every right to question the quality control and durability of the product.
I have photographs of the damage and have raised the matter with Carysil. I am demanding an immediate engineer visit and complete replacement of the stove, rather than a repair of a newly purchased product.
Think twice before buying Carysil. A premium price should come with premium product quality and, equally importantly, responsive after-sales service. Was this information helpful? |
