Carz — Repair work and servicing

I had given my car for body repair and servicing on July 16, 2015 at the Bellandur-Sarjapur road service center of Carz in Bangalore. This place is totally mismanaged and does very poor service, along with fraudulent activity. It took more than a month to get my car back. I had to visit the service center some 5-6 times to get my car repaired. The problems I faced and points I noticed:

1. They had charged me for a new side mirror, but actually fixed a chipped mirror with some little sand papering. I think they were recycling parts from other accident cars - maybe bought from salvage centers or "gujri"

2. The side of the front bumber was full of dents - which again did not look like a new part - and they charged me for a new bumper - the paint on it was dripping when they brought it for delivery to my house !! when i protested, they brought a painter to my house to buff the paint !! Since i needed the car badly and it was over a month, i had to accept all these things.

3. The first time they tried delivering the car- they did not even wash the car, though they charged for servicing!!

4. Now, couple of months later, i notice that the front bumper is actually cracked all over and they had touched it up/painted it - it appears as though its a recycled part and NOT a new one. I have taken pictures of the bumper.

5. There is hardly ever a supervisor at the place. First a person named Tyagu was there. Then there was nobody for a long time. Then a manager named Raju came...then he too moved out...there is no proper management over there. When I did not get my car for over a month, I had to call their Hyderabad Head Office several times and speak to their Customer Service lady and Head of Operations to get my car fixed and delivered. Their customer service try to shield customers from the founders and top management of the company - who are not aware what is going on at their service centers. The founders of the company have put very esoteric and glorious stories on the company website, but their service centers are cheating customers. This is totally fraudulent activity. Since the founders studied and returned from the US, i want to ask them would they have got away from such atrocious customer service in the US?? They would have faced multi million dollar lawsuit there...in India, they are taking customers for a ride. I am planning to go to consumer court regarding this.
