Hi. My name is ramesh adhikari from nepal. I bought hp laptop on 15th of february, 2019. I feel very slow with my laptop and checked with my hardware specifications in internet.
My laptop should have 8 gb ram and back-lit keyboard but when i bought it has only 4 gb ram with no back lit and finger print sensor.
The shop is an authorised dealer who only sales hp products in nepal. The dealer website is https://cas.com.np/
