When I initiated a return and refund request, the company responded by requesting a video of the product. Upon showing them that the case is a silicone case, they subsequently denied the refund, asserting that there was no issue with their product.
The product I received is a low-cost silicone phone case with various colors. It is estimated to cost between Rs 200 and Rs 300. However, the Casemania company deceived me by presenting misleading images on their website and Instagram page with a video showing as hard case, depicting the product as a hard case (crafted from fiber or glass) and charging me Rs 1398.
