I've been trying to return a phone case worth Rs 595 that got delivered on 31st August, 2022. I sent an email to Casevera team on same day to initiate return since I did not find the product useful, but I haven't received any response. I also left message on their website and their Instagram account - no responses.
I got the product delivered within 5 days of ordering, which means, the company is operating. And according to their website, they accept returns. they should haven been a response in last 5 days from either of the mediums but there are none. which means they're frauds.
If they don't want to pick up their product, fine. I want my money back.
