Yesterday i recieved my parcel from the above mentioned online shop! After unboxing i found that the products were not in their desired condition! I ordered a smart watch phone which was dead! Moreover belt of the watch i found was broken! At the same time i also ordered a power bank which i guess is working fine..! But my main complain is against the defective watch. My order ID is #CBK[protected]. I ordered Sony power bank 32000mah and earphone i7. The products are not even 1% of the actual one. The product looks like a fraudster product. Just a duplicate one of sony. Not even near about the quality and specifications of sony. Their helpline nos. Are fake and emails too. Pls help to resolve the issue.
