Hello, my name is Melvin S. Since last February, I have been trying to pay back a personal loan, but I am unable to do so because their company was raided by the ED, all of their platforms are closed, and the RBI has cancelled their licence.
I've tried contacting them and sending them numerous emails, but neither have produced a response.
