Cashbox — Cash loan

Sir it is very important pls consider the complaint.
without my knowledge the loan amount was transfer to my account by cashbox app.
The cash box app show the total loan 10800 which is in three amount of[protected]*3=10800) it is show in app and is to be pay in 7 day. i was unaware about loan. when i check balance i was shock that the amount was just 2160 in three transition which is not in my knowledge. when trying to contact they number is not in contact. they are asking to pay the amount in 7 day pls help me sir it is very difficult to come out of this loan pls take action on cashbox
