I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of CASHe, a lending institution operating in India.

A few months ago, I availed a loan from CASHe. Regrettably, I am now facing a distressing situation wherein their representatives have been making abusive calls and sending messages to my relatives. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also constitutes a serious breach of my privacy.

I have previously raised this issue with both CASHe and the RBI. While there was a temporary cessation of such behavior, I am disheartened to report that the harassment has resumed.

I am deeply concerned about how CASHe obtained the contact details of my relatives, as I provided references of my father and a friend during the loan application process. This unauthorized access to my contacts is not only unethical but also illegal as per RBI guidelines.

I kindly request to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against CASHe for their non-compliance with established regulations. It is imperative that lending institutions adhere to the highest standards of conduct and respect the privacy of their customers.

I have also taken steps to address this matter directly with CASHe, but I believe it is crucial to involve the regulatory authority in order to ensure that such behavior is promptly rectified and does not recur.
