I wanted to sell my Vivo Y20i so I downloaded this app. First time when I was trying to schedule by pickup, I wasn't sure about the all the specifications about the phone. When the person came to pickup my old phone, he said this is not the correct phone. But I will still by the phone for Rs 2000/- while the app showed around Rs 4100/-. After that, I decided to reschedule the pickup with correct details and specifications this time. This time, Cashify would pay me Rs 3300/- in exchange of my old phone. On the day of the pickup, the person calls me and said he will pay me Rs 1500/- for my phone. He said If you want to sell it for Rs 1500/- only then he would come for the visit or else he won't even come. I am not sure why the order was again given to the same person when he rejected the order for the first time. This is the 2nd time I am submitting this feedback and still I haven't received any clarification/reply from the Cashify. This is so big fraud/scam if the person is not aware.
