I submitted my mobile device to Cashify JM Road Pune store for display and back panel replacement.

After the repair, the installed display showed significant differences in color tone and brightness compared to the original display. I reported the issue immediately and refused to accept the device.

Since then my device has remained with Cashify for around 13 days. During this period I received contradictory explanations from different representatives regarding the type and quality of the display parts.

The CEO Desk initially stated that an original display could be installed for an additional payment. Later the store representative said Cashify does not provide Apple original displays but only Cashify-certified displays. After that the technician claimed that an Apple original display would be installed. Later again it was stated that only third-party parts are used.

These statements are contradictory and misleading.

Due to the delay, lack of transparency, and inconsistent explanations, I requested Cashify to return my device without any charges. However my concerns have not been properly addressed.
