On 7 September at 6:11pm, I have purchased a refurbished IPhone 8 plus from https://store.cashify.in/ (cashify store). The actual amount of the product is 17999rs but i got discount through razorpay and the debited amount is 17099.05rs. But due to some reasons i have cancelled the order and it has been over 7 days but i didn't got my refund. I have also talked to the customer support, but they said that the refund is initiated from their side and also shared a UTR number with me UTIBR[protected]. And it now going to complete 2 months and they are giving excuses like they are issuing chargeback and they have initiated a refund again on 3 october. But i didn't got any refund.
Usually if a person buys anything from online sites, and if they cancels the order, the refund gets transffered in 5-7 days.
