Cashonpick.com treating consumers very rudely and abusing.
I recently entered my phone to sell here and accidentally I selected a different variant, they called me and asked me to share pics, after sharing the pic and model number they arranged a pickup but didn’t mention on call that model is different so i would have cancled it and raised with correct one.
First of all not at all punctual, i was waiting for the pickup since morning and they came for pickup at 8 pm at night.
After the pickup guy came he told me that this is different model, i said i might have accidentally added it so i asked to provide price for my phone.
He called his owner and he started abusing me and saying you are fraud. I said that i have sent the phone details in whatsapp chat as well to you but he kept saying you are lying and abusing me.
I disconnected the call so he sent me a voice note on whatsapp with bad words. So I called again to explain him that this was accidentally done and please check it there is any other orders with correct model and i asked to provide the price.
They gave me a very low price even though I showed them that the price of other sites are more.
He told me don’t place another order on my site and i am the owner, i said this is wrong with way with customers. He started abusing.
I don’t understand how these people are in business but request all of you to avoid it as they are giving very low price for your device also not at all customer centric. Was this information helpful? |
