Caste Validity Certificate — Delay to issue cast validity certificate

My self ashwinkumar dattubhai patel belong to dhodia community, schedule tribe, I was applied for cast Validity certificate on 12/12/ 2015, on Mumbai office Thane vertak nagar prbhag sammiti karayalay, after some of the days one of the officer came from Thane vertak nagar office to my home for verification, he veryfay all document and he certifay all documents are correct and true, after some of day I was applied one application for delay to issue cast certificate, after some days I was applied on other application of reminder to issue a cast Validity certificate, but till date they don't reply to me or I am not get cast Validity certificate till date, so please help me what to do for getting a cast Validity certificate.
