I'm from Bhiwandi.I've to make my son's validity for his further education and I've submitted all the needed documents to the department.For the proof before 1967 I've submitted my brother's original school leaving certificate but the officer is not accepting it and say it will not acceptable.Kindly guide me that blood relation documents are acceptable or not?
