Casting Director — cheated on the name of printshoot of sfunk brand

hi, i want to report on the person who cheated me and took 6000 rupees as a security deposits for printshoots of sfunk brand, i submitted the money through bank so i have bank details and other prroofs.. and bank details had another name as he committed that it is his joint account with hi brother, i have all mail proofs, messages everything also have a bank reciept when i deposited amount.. please help me how can i take my money back.. as he said he will giv and it has been 5 months still he didnt gave.. please help me out... this is basically into printshoots so i have related to media
