I have made my life's biggest mistake buying anything from this place/company.
Infact, i would advice anyone to not take anything from this company even if they offer it for free, its such a crap company and the after sales service is

I have made a huge mistake buying a hob from this company. It had a blast recently, and after that, its been 4 months, and there's still no concern from the company, no service person, nothing!!!

If i call the store, they'll b least bothered and tell me to call the service center.
If you i the service center, again, least bothered, they haven't picked my call even once in 4 months.

Leave all that aside, even the regional head of this company is useless, he cant do i have made my life's biggest mistake buying anything from this place/company.
