I had purchased a cata hood a year back from Dorcare, Cochin. They promised me that cata-technician will come n fix in a couple of days time. I waited a week n no one turned up.
Agai, I contacted their customer care in Delhi and got promises on service, following day, a technician has come and asked me to provide option in kitchen cabinet as the measurement he has provided.
I did so but the same executive didn't pick up the call after.
Complained again in their customer care. Finally a guy has come!! But he apologised for not bringing the tools to drill the wall. What was he came for then? So funny!!
Some days back another technician came and tried to fix and found that 2 screws are missing. Pathetic to see that they don't have spare of some same kind of screws even!! He returned without fixing it. Now it's an year... I promise, I never by a Cata again in my life!! Was this information helpful? |
