I have booked a tour package of Ex Haridwar Dodham (booking ref. no 2021-12/26 )on 11/03/2022 in consultation with Miss Nidhi. I have made a payment of Rs 21000 as an advance( Receipt attached) and Rs 49000 for Helicopter booking. Currently the Helicopter booking amount has been refunded. But till now no refund is made related to Rs 21000 from them. Kindly refund the same . Meanwhile no update is shared regarding cancellation amount or refund amount as the tour is cancelled. Everything has been shared with Miss Nidhi and Mr. Vivek but no response is there from their end. Kindly refund my amount. Was this information helpful? |
