I would like to bring to your kind attention a very concerning matter involving Catena Homes Pvt. Ltd., owned by Mr. Vivek Keshavan, along with executives Mr. Ramana and Mr. Naveen Sudhir.

It has been reported that the company has allegedly defrauded nearly ₹60 crores by collecting lease and rental deposits from around 300 tenants and 300 property owners in Bengaluru. Unfortunately, many innocent families have been directly affected, with tenants in particular facing severe hardships due to the lack of adequate legal remedies.

This issue highlights a gap in enforcement, as many tenants are struggling under the complexities of Indian civil law, and the police have expressed limitations in providing assistance. As a result, several families have lost both their savings and shelter.

We humbly request that the concerned authorities take this matter seriously, investigate the fraudulent practices of Catena Homes Pvt. Ltd., and provide justice to the affected tenants and owners at the earliest.
