Hello Team,
I would like to express my deep concern regarding the behaviour of this company as this company is not at all responding responsibly for last 5-6 months now and making false promises.
I would like this company to handover my flat keys and pay the pending amount before i proceed with the legal procedure.
The agreement is now no more valid as they could not pay the rent for consecutive 2 month and all total 6 months now since January 2025.
Please suggest if this can be sorted here or they really need want this to be settled in the court for which I am ready too.

I am tenant and got scammed with Catena homes. They are not responding to calls and my lease deposit amount is stuck with them. Can we please work together and get the money from them? There are so many others out there crying out loud for help. Any guidance or help would be appreciated
