Cbseneet 2018 — payment fail

I am from telangana. I am applying for the neet 2018. All the details i have filled has updated in the neet application form, but at last i have come across one problem, that is i have paid the amount of 750 rupees as the apllication fee and the money has cut from my bank account. Later at the last step it is showing that the payment is unsuccessful and try again. So i have made the pay using anothe bank account. But the money has cut from my previous account. Can i have a way to get my extra money back.
