Ccavanue — refund of amount paid to speedjobs.in

Sir,
Last year i have been called by speedjobs.in, asking for job change. I told yes if i will get a better oppertunity. They told that they have openenings suitable to my experience and qualification immediately, if interested i have to pay amount to register with them. I did so. Then they called again and again to pay for resumewriting, online interview etc. Total i have paid 19300 rs through internet banking through payment gateway of ccavanue. Till now speejobs didnot given a single oppertunity. Now executive stating that he is from ccavanue calleing me and telling that have i got any placement through speedjobs, but i replied not a single. Then he told that they have got somany complaints from public in this connection and they are paying the security deposited money of speedjobs to the people as refund, and asked to pay 1500rs for processing. Now i have doubt that if ccavanue is refunding then whay they are asking processing fee. Pl confirm.
