On 2nd Oct, an order was made through JIOMART APP for groceries...money deducted but order didnt placed. As per my bank amount was debited from my account and successfully credited to receivers account via [protected]@icici. But as per JIOMART money has not been received. Following up since a month with jiomart and even complained to ccavenues as well but no response.
