Ccs University — detained written in result

I am the student of ims noida affiliated under ccs university meerut
In my first semester result although i am pass in all subjects but result is showing detained written in it, although after i have contacted my college's registrar office and they checked all the documents and everything was found submitted.
So what needs to be done in this case
Will i be not promoted to next semester or not able to write exam of another semester
