Ceat Tyre — Very earlier wornout of tyre

I am very disappointed with the performance of my CEAT rear tyre fitted on my TVS NTORQ scooter.

The tyre was purchased in August 2025 and has run only around 7, 000 km. Surprisingly, the centre portion of the tyre is already heavily worn out while the side portions still look almost new. Because of this uneven wear, the vehicle now has wobbling and riding stability issues.

The original TVS tyre on the same scooter lasted around 19, 000 km under the same riding conditions. I have also used CEAT tyres in my earlier bikes and they usually lasted more than 15, 000 km, which is why I trusted the brand again.

The tyre was installed by a local mechanic who assured me about the tyre quality and warranty support. But when I approached him after this issue occurred, he denied responsibility and had not even provided a proper bill.

I already raised a complaint through WhatsApp and tried contacting customer support, but there has been no proper response or resolution so far.

I expected much better quality and customer service from CEAT. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and provides a genuine solution.
