[Resolved]  Cee Aar Global Service And Pine Labs — CEE AAR global service for a financial fraud of POS machine

I want to lodge a complaint against a company named CEE AAR global services for frauding us through their POS machine system .
machines TID no.[protected]
this machine was bought by our firm ZEVAR MAHAL on 1st may 2022 by CEE AAR services of PINE LABS pvt. ltd., and all details of the firms bank account through a cheque and amount of 3999 was given to the employee of the company for machine security and was promised that the machine will deposit money in one day after settlement is done.
BUT on 14th may 2022 we did a payment of 80k and settled the same day but strange thing happened that slip came out on the name of CEE AAR services through HDFC bank and till date the amount has not been received . also, when contacted the bank they gave the information that the amount has already been deposited in an account and the report was mailed on a mail id and when found it was both the CEE AAR services bank account and mail id.
after this every contact number of this company is switched off nor we could find the companys address .
please lodge my complaint against this company CEE AAR services for a financial fraud by settling the money in the company's account and surpassing the time and date for money deposition in the users account .
