Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Stray Dog Menace in Celebration KH4 Society

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring to your urgent attention the growing menace of stray dogs in our locality – Celebration KH4 Society, Panvel. The situation has worsened over the past few months, with stray dogs frequently attacking residents, particularly children, morning/evening walkers, and bikers, leading to injuries and accidents.

A recent and very distressing incident occurred with my son while he was on his way to the market. Without any provocation, a stray dog attacked him from behind and bit him. We had to rush him to the hospital where he had to undergo a full course of anti-rabies vaccination. This incident not only caused physical pain but has also deeply affected him mentally, disrupting his routine and studies.

Many residents of our society are now living in constant fear, avoiding outdoor activities or even walking within the premises. This is not just a concern for safety but also a public health issue.

We humbly request the Panvel Municipal Corporation to take immediate and appropriate action to control the stray dog population in our area and ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.

We are ready to cooperate with any measures the Corporation deems fit to resolve this issue at the earliest.
