My details- I’m Harshit Pawar from indore madhya pradesh, INDIA and I’m a student..
There is an influencer/youtuber- nabeel nawab i used to watch his videos and always he mentions a website which is CELLBUDDY.in where can get apple iphones at cheap prices and they are trusted so i ordered an apple iphone 11 pro max gold 64gb varient price was rs.62000 from cellbuddy.in on 14th august 2021 and paid rs23000 in advance as they support COD of only rs39000 so my remaining amount was rs39000 so after successfully order they said it will be delivered within 5-6 days and we’ll provide you a tracking ID as soon as we get.. then I waited till 16aug2021 but they didn’t send me a tracking ID meanwhile i sent so many msgs and mails and tweets to both Cellbuddy and nabeel nawab the influencer also they both didn’t respond. And then on 17aug they called me and said sir you have to pay extra because we don’t have the product(gold) color and we’re sending you another color I refused directly and i said if you don’t have the product i want then refund my money then they said they(Cellbuddy) can’t refund they will arrange product(gold) color till next day in the evening so I didn’t have any option I had to wait so waited but next day they didn’t answer me on anyway then i tried to reach them and the influencer (nabeel nawab) they didn’t respond then on 22aug2021 they called me and said they arranged the product(gold)color and it will be shipped the then evening and will give me tracking ID. I wanted a refund but they I don’t have any option so i said ok and they sent the tracking ID one day later but the parcel didn’t shipped for 2 days because they didn’t handover the parcel to the delivery company executive and i can see all this things through tracking ID.. I was so frustrated then after two days product got shipped on 26aug2021 and i got it by 28aug2021.And I was shocked because the product was in silver color and i ordered it in gold color but received in silver color and they lied to me that they sent gold color but they didn’t. I complain to them right then and sent them unboxing video of product in front of delivery executive… they said they will reply me and solve my problem and from that day.. today is 1sep2021 no response from them… In these 18 days since i ordered the device i was highly under pressure and mentally tortured by them.. i am scared they broke my trust they broke my emotions they played with me, they lied to me, they used my money, i was under pressure because i don’t have phone and close to lost my money. I bought this phone from my savings I am a student.. i lost my time i had a loss of my study.. and now I’m kinda depressed because of nabeel nawab the influencer and Cellbuddy.in (Mk antia technologies mumbai) i want a strict action against them and want justice and all of my losses covered from them.. please give me justice or else I don’t know what I’ll do next.. it can be very bad.
