Cello Techno Tip — Ink does not flow properly after approximately half of the ink has been used

Dear Cello Customer Care Team,

I am writing to formally report an issue with the Cello Techno Tip pen, which I have been using for many years, since my school days. I have always been satisfied with this pen because of its smooth writing experience and the neat handwriting it provides.

Recently, however, I purchased around 4–5 Cello Techno Tip pens, and unfortunately, I have experienced the same problem with every pen. Initially, I thought the problem might be due to my own usage or handling. However, after experiencing the issue repeatedly, I realized that the problem appears to be with the pens themselves.

The main issue is that after approximately half of the ink has been used, the ink does not flow properly. The pen starts skipping while writing, and the ink output becomes inconsistent. This makes it difficult to write smoothly and affects the quality of handwriting. Since the same issue has occurred with multiple pens, I am disappointed with the recent quality of a product that I have trusted and used for many years.

I was previously very happy with the Cello Techno Tip because of its smooth performance and writing quality. That is why I continued purchasing it even after using it for such a long time. Unfortunately, this repeated issue has now made me dissatisfied with the product.

I kindly request Cello to look into this matter and investigate whether there is a manufacturing or ink-flow issue with the current batch of Techno Tip pens. I would appreciate it if you could provide a suitable solution to address this issue.

I hope Cello will take this complaint seriously and maintain the quality that has made customers like me continue to trust the brand for many years.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution.
