I had purchased 3 Jeans pants for Rs.6999.83 from Central at Fiza Forum Mall, Mangalore on 26/06/2017. Receipt No is 0395292 and Tr 73867.
I had given all 3 pants for length alteration and was asked to collect the same on 28/06/2017. I went on said date and time but the pants had not been altered and they promised me home delivery by next day. Since then they are not delivering the pants till date. I am calling them every day but they have been fooling me everyday that items will be delivered. Even today they promised delivery but not have done so. The alteration receipt No is 5840.

They had made genuine attempts to make delivery. But may be due to mobile network issues no contact was made. However now delivery received and issue resolved.

Updated by MGKamath Issue resolved. Delivered. They had made genuine attempts to make the delivery. But may be due to mobile network issues, they could not find the address. Very satisfied.
