Central Excise — illegal beer shop operating in residential area

Respected sir,
There is a beer shop operating in our residential area from long time. No women/children are in the position to come out freely. Liquor shop is attached to one of the residential society Narender accord. and in front of our houses just 50 mts away beer shop is operating, drunker will always do smoking/vomiting/pass urine in-front of our society gate. we are not in the position to ask his owner that this is wine shop or beer bar because they were shouting bad words some time fighting, if we ask they will quarrel with bad words.so what can be done to relocate this beer shop. so please help because we are the common man and poor man.
